1. Service description

FileKero is a free Pakistan income tax calculator. We provide estimated tax calculations based on FBR Finance Acts. The calculations are for informational purposes only.

2. No professional advice

FileKero is not a substitute for professional tax advice. The calculator provides estimates. Actual tax liability depends on individual circumstances, allowances, deductions, and rebates that the calculator may not account for. Always consult a registered tax practitioner before making filing decisions.

3. Accuracy disclaimer

We make every effort to keep tax slabs current and accurate, verified against multiple sources. However, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. Tax laws change, and FBR may issue notifications that take time to reflect. Use the calculator as a starting point, not as the final word.

4. No warranty

FileKero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any tax penalties, missed deadlines, or financial losses resulting from reliance on our calculations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Use FileKero for personal or business tax planning purposes only
  • Not scrape, mirror, or replicate the calculator without permission
  • Not interfere with the site's operation or attempt to bypass security

6. API usage

Our public API at /api/tax is free for non-commercial use with attribution. For commercial integrations or high-volume use, contact us first.

7. Intellectual property

The FileKero brand, design, and code are owned by Zeeacts (SMC-Private). Tax data is public information from FBR Finance Acts. You may cite our calculator with a link back to the source page.

8. Advertising

FileKero shows Google AdSense advertising and may show sponsored content. Sponsored content is always clearly labeled. We do not endorse advertised products.

9. Modification of terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of FileKero after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
